Meet Olly a.k.a. Chilli Olly, a man who knows his way around a kitchen. As a qualified and respected executive chef, Olly has spent the better part of his career creating delicious dishes for foodies everywhere.
But Olly isn’t just any old chef – he’s a true entrepreneur at heart. In addition to his successful career in the culinary world, Olly is also the owner of the brand Chilli Olly and the peanut butter company Nutty Professor. And if that wasn’t enough, he’s also the co-founder of Sauce Shed, a sauce manufacturing company.
Before he became a household name in the food industry, Olly owned a chain of seven award-winning pubs and restaurants. It’s safe to say that this guy knows a thing or two about the food and drink industry.
Despite his busy schedule, Olly still makes time for his true passion: food and drink development. Whether he’s concocting a new sauce or experimenting with a unique peanut butter flavor, Olly is always looking for ways to push the culinary envelope.

Stephen is the mastermind behind Pinkster gin, a brand known for its unique and tasty flavors. But before he became a gin-making sensation, Stephen was just a humble forager and liqueur enthusiast.
As a self-proclaimed “concoction connoisseur,” Stephen has always had a knack for mashing together various fruits and spirits to create something truly special. And when it came to gin, he knew he had to put his own spin on it.
So, he started experimenting in his own kitchen, trying out different fruit combinations and spirit strengths until he hit upon the perfect recipe. And thus, Pinkster gin was born.
Today, Stephen is known as the “Gin-ius” behind Pinkster, and his gins are enjoyed by people across the country. But despite his success, Stephen remains down-to-earth and approachable. He’s always happy to chat with fans of his gin and share his love of all things fruity and boozy.
